All over Beijing government-funded outdoor gyms can be found. They´re free of charge to use for every citizen and highly popular among many. There´s one catch though. Last year, the government started getting worried since the increased use of the equipment also had a more negative outcome - a growing number of injured citizens.

 

Maybe this rusty and overlooked gym is a sign of change in attitude from the government?
