After a windy night a huge hole in the exterior of our building reminded us of the powerful forces of nature. A reminder that we quickly learned would be a permanent one. When asked why no one took the time to fix the damage before the whole building got water damaged our friend simply looked us and answered honestly:

 

"Probably never, who would want to do that?"
