This rad guy pretty much sums up what Tokyo is all about. He sat next to a train station, in the middle of the night, reading and acting out manga to paying bypassers.
Where I come from, this guy would´ve been labeled "mentally ill" or "deviant". In Tokyo however he is a hero to many. And a rather entertaining part of the boiling nightlife of Tokyo to the rest of us.
