"Hilton Rosemont Chicago O´hare"

 

As depressing as it may sound it actually was kind of enjoyable to end my trip sleeping close by O´hare airport. I made the most out of my day downtown before i finally picked up my bags at the Hyatt and hopped on the L-train to get to the Hilton in Rosemont.

 

The hotel turned out to be huge and sported a pretty good gym that I took advantage off before going for a stroll through the bisarre surroundings that consisted of a huge shopping mall (where I killed a few hours the next morning before my flight back home) and a bisarre plaza with a soccer pitch and a bunch of restaurants and a bowling alley. I found a place with a great beer selection, ordered a burger and enjoyed what might have been the best (or worst, it was frankly hard to tell at that point) of suburban Chicago.

 

After that I hit the hay, went shopping and got company on a transfer bus to the airport by a dude that had made a fortune selling jetfuel.

 

But that, as always, is a completely different story.
