"End Game"
Even though I´ve been a frequent visitor to San Francisco for the past 15 years (or so) I had never been to the classic Candlestick Park. With their current main tenants, The San Francisco 49ers, moving to a brand new stadium up north in Santa Rosa the arena is currently scheduled to be destroyed soon. So Miranda got us tickets to the very last sport event at Candlestick, a game between San Jose Earthquakes and Atletico Madrid (Ex-Beetle Sir Paul McCartney officially closed the arena a few weeks later).
It was cold as hell and the game itself sucked buttocks. Still, I am very happy to say that I have been at such a legendary venue. Thanks Miranda!
