Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque (Explored)
wow, it's been a while since last I took some photograph. Finally had a chance to shoot a sunset although it's been raining all week long.
It's a bit awkward to go out and shoot some photograph, after almost 4 months away at sea.
I can't believe I left my tripod at home (the most important things for a landscape photographer, sigh). So, I returned back home and came back to the location, setting up the camera, attached the filter adapter, and only to found that I had not brought my filters with me!
Anyway, It's no big deal, there are plenty of ways to take a photograph :)
......................................
The photo were taken at the lakeside near the 'Iron Mosque' during sunset.
It's actually a vertorama shot, taken in order to get the building straight due to the lens distortion and to gain more space for the sky. Then, I cropped down to 4x6.
It consist of 6 exposure at f/16, ISO 100, manually blended with Luminosity Mask method in Photoshop CS6
2.5 secs | lighten up the shadow
1.3 secs | building detail, railing
0.6 secs | base layer
0.3 secs | other lead-in and contrast
1/6 secs | for the sky
1/13 secs | reduced the hi-light (Just a small portion)
