123. Learn how to use a sewing machine
It rained all day. I hate rain. It reminds me Washington. I like warm and dry. We didnt do much during the day. We hung out. They went shopping, I watched the kindred.
The night was a little more exciting lol. April and I walked down to the store, got tooth paste, tooth brush for the downstairs bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and floss. Yay! Then I decided to make April and I baked potatoes with veggies. So I preheated the oven and started chopping up the onions, carrots, and mushrooms. But what I didnt know was that they had stuck the red velvet cake in the oven for safe keeping... The cover melted, the cake was literally boiling... I was quite sad lol. On the bright side April loved my baked potatoe :) She said I really did learn to cook and Rachael finished her potatoe off and ended up licking the bowl lol I felt quite good about myself.
Ok so we've been talking for awhile now about starting a bakery. We all love to bake and we can all bake. I know its far fetched, blah, blah, but I tend to dream big and I see no reason why it couldnt work as long as we keep our mind to it and be smart about it. We did some brain storming last night. We would be baking out of our house in the beginning ofcourse. We decided on the name The Baked Ladies bakery, they were just gonna do Baked but I didnt like that but I think baked ladies is a bit better. We got a bunch of recipes together for practice. Nothing is gonna be average sized, bigger is better. Its gonna be funky. We want it to be badass but girlie. Our logo is gonna be 3 pinup girls that represent each of us, one sitting on a giant cupcake with her arms sitting over our name and the other 2 on each side with their legs up on the cupcake. All bright ass colors with a retro twist. We decided we should have nicknames, April is Pebbles, Im Fox, and Rachael is Punky. We all have the things we are the best in so we have to come up with names for our specialties that are just ours. Im pretty excited about the idea, its honestly something Iv always wanted to do. I know itd take a lot of work but u dont get anything without hard work. I hope theyr serious about it.
We were up pretty late brain storming. Ryans gonna help with the logo even tho he doesnt seem to like our idea much.. but I mean it is kinda random so whatever. Rachael and I didnt end up being able to sleep til like 2... Ugh.
Ryan was spose to come by but that didnt happen. He was out super late and I was really hoping he would stop by but hopefully today. I miss him. A lot. The rain yesterday made me think about that 3 hour walk in the rain we took that ended in freezing at the park with Thomas lol. Like I said I always end up doing the weirdest things when Im with him, but dont think Im complaining at all cause its far from that.
About the sticky note. I love to sew but after awhile my fingers start to hurt and it takes sooo long so I need to invest in learning how to use a sew machine even tho I trust my fingers a lot more than some damn machine lol.
