The soft-shelled turtle! This little guy buries himself in the sand under water and extends his long neck up to "snorkel" and take a breath. Except they've cruely put the water up just a little too high so he has to leave the sand! Apparently he's got a "nasty temprement" - that's probably why! We saw this one hold his breath for 25 minutes!
