Dumping Grounds

If you've been paying attention to the news, you would have heard plenty about my fair city of Buffalo, NY, and some of the surrounding areas, getting hammered with snow most of last week. With the city running out of options of where to put it after removal, they ended up choosing the vacant lots next to the historic Buffalo Central Terminal. I ended up down here a couple of times on Saturday because I just had to check on the progress (and of course act like a little kid and climb to the top). I spent over an hour sitting up here and watching the trucks come in and out. It was a sight I don't think I'll ever get a chance to see again in my lifetime. Saying it was surreal is an understatement. Take a look at the trucks on the bottom right to get a sense of scale.
