my beautiful friend

needed some photos to promote her dance work

and we both had about an hour in the middle of the day yesterday

 

the light was high, but we had to make do

so we went down to the creek

and in the dappled light she improvised a performance for one

well, two really, there was a dude hanging out by the underpass on his cell phone

taking in the whole thing

 

it was so much fun for us both

 

and then I picked up where I left off

cooking a seder

and she went on to the rest of her day of shuttling kids around
