Model, Ancient Roman home

Designed by Heather, age 12. The typical Roman home in 100AD was inward facing with few exterior openings due to crime. The central atrium was open to the sky for water and fresh air. The model base is foamcore covered with parchment colored card stock. The walls are card stock folded over and pressed into a slit carved into the base. Each of the building's corners have one drop of hot glue for stability.
