Providence Waterfire 2
Taken last Summer (2007) in Providence, Rhode Island.
Had some fun with Photoshop here. In the case of these three, of the Providence Waterfires, I used a gallery filter called "poster edges."
Actually, these three shots, along with the rest I took that night last Summer, suffered from serious camera shake (no tripod, no image stabilization - just a very open lens with a slow shutter and me trying to be as still as possible!). So thanks to the saving power of funky filters in Photoshop I think I turned them into some interesting images.
