Dwarf Ginseng (Panax trifolius) - The Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, New Jersey
These guys (tiny as they are) always catch my eye because of their incredible whiteness.
Tiny (and limp stemmed) they always seem to want to wave in the breeze, and if you can't block the wind somehow, you may have to wait quite some time for a lull in the breeze to make a capture with enough DOF to get good detail throughout the flower head.
