Oona

I love how sweet her face turned out. I never have an idea when I start the face, sometimes it is the first thing and sometimes the last. I just start stitching until I like the way it looks.

 

Her dress is made from an antique quilt piece - I was given 9 blocks each a different color. I think they were expected to be sold & when that didn't work out they came to me. I made 9 angels and kept 2 for myself - Oona & Nolie.
