Day 29: At the pool.

My fave exercise is swimming. It's as if all is at peace when I am in the water. To me it's a perfect cardio & strength all-in-one exercise. I live opposite a public pool and the fact that Singapore feels like an oven (daytime temperatures above 30deg celcius, omgosh!) makes me want to stay in the pool all day long. Swimming always drops my BG! I had a good 1.2km swim this afternoon and despite the fact that I drank some milk with two teaspoons of chocolate malt powder before the swim since I woke up on the low side and just had some yoghurt and Metformin for breakfast this greeted me right after my swim.
