After the floods
Cedar Creek has returned to normality with beautiful crystal clear water (albeit very very cold).
There is still a lot of debris along the creek (tree trunks, piles of gravel, etc), and the lower parts of trees and their roots have been almost sandblasted by the force of the water and what it carried. The creek now has an open airy feel to it.
I just wish all the tourists would hold off until after the road has been properly repaired, and those total idiots in their imported cars doing fishtails on the damaged sections of road, they can just go and not come back.
