Hit the Bowling Pin to Release the Swinging Target & 2 Shots in Swinging Target
Monthly Cactus Country Shooting Club match. All levels of shooters participating in a timed and scored match. Targets included threats and non-threats, of course you are not suppose to hit the non-threat targets? This position requires the shooter to engage 4 threats with 2 non-threats with this last target requiring the shooter to first hit the bowling pin to pull the stick out and start the threat target swinging back and forth. Shooter was required to then score 2 hits on the swinging target. However, the person that reset this target incorrectly placed the stick upside down and when the shooter hit the bowling pin with first shot the threat target never started swinging. The string tied on the bowling pin to stick should have been at the top and not the bottom of the stick!
