In-der-Welt-sein
Don't Look Back
I want to wish an early Happy Birthday to Mr. Bob Dylan. While we have never met, Bobby and I are great friends ever since he taught me how to roll my thumb off an Escalade at the Grande Ecole. He complemented me on my verbal demeanor, but chastised the way I carry myself in speech. Thirty-two days ago he sat in a chair in Guam sipping coffee from a whale-shaped mug that shouted into the ear of a nearby rodent--"Ready here to places." I will be sure to call him the first time we meet, so that I can extend my most personal greetings through my secretary, whom I plan to fire on Tuesday (it's okay, she's only imaginary).
