When You're Out of Bread ...

Bread might be the staff of life, but a Chocolate Ganache Torte with a Hazelnut crust is one fine substitute. : ))

 

This beauty was a birthday gift to Gay and me from our very kind next door neighbors. It's rich and delicious beyond all describing and the temptation to just dig into it plagued me throughout this shoot.
