Brand new Warskip 68027, as yet unnamed, roars past Culham with Pathfinders Settle & Carlisle Pioneer railtour, running as 1Z39, the 06:35 Didcot - Appleby. 2 Class 88s were due to take over at Crewe, running under electric power to Carlisle, then over the S&C using their sub 1000hp diesel engines to Hellifield and back to Crewe
68027 only entered revenue earning service less than 3 weeks previously on 3rd May
