KPMG's Office/Monument to Greed, Glenn Howells Architects

As I was taking this photo, an old Manchunian gent called from across the street, "A monument to greed that is. They took one of the last pieces of public space in this city and did that with it. Could have been a space for the people, now it's a celebration of corporate money." Who said the public don't understand architecture?
