His Majesty's Steam Guard

Was thinking that if USA are focusing on hardsuits and such, then England must have somewhat archaic steam golems. That one, in particular, is something like His Majesty's Steam Guardian, almost decorative steam automaton that roam Backingham palace and it's neighborhood.
