WTC from Hoboken, monochrome version

I'm going through an Udemy video course (it was on sale for $10) on black and white image processing, and I decided to practice on one of my photos from a few weeks ago. I ended up cropping it a fair amount to bring out a bit more detail from the pier, then played with a bunch of tools in Adobe Lightroom to get the contrast and tonal range somewhere in the neighborhood of not-too-bad.
