I don't like what I see, but hopefully there is a blind seal at the bottom, back underneath. If that's the case, it might be ok. I would rather see a flat piece of flashing tucked and sealed from back under the window, protruding outward past the window, and down the roof a couple-few inches. I would trust a blind seal (bed of caulk) between the window and flashing more than to the uneven, textured roofing.
