OK, for starters, no, I did not wake up for sunrise. I did wake up early, set my alarm clock an hour early by mistake. But once I discovered that, I re set it and gave my self the hour back. This was from a few weeks ago. But it's my 365? Yes, it is! For many reasons! Reason number one, I have a billion images on my computer that are dying to get processed. My hard drive is getting slower and slower by the day! So, I have made the choice to shoot less when I am here at home. Save all my mass image taking for when I am at the beach! Because if you have not figured it out yet, I much prefer the beach over home! Yes, I live in a beautiful place! I know this, but I drive these roads every day and unless they look like this, they are quite bland! :)

 

Second reason, which goes along with the first reason. I took a few pics tonight, really half harted ones, knowing I had this in my hands, and chose to not use them. The were nice enough, but I really wanted to put out another sunrise image. Just to once again encourage me to wake up early this Sunday, my next day off! And why does that go along with reason number one? Because again, I did not want to fill my hard drive up with more Ramona pics when I already have good ones waiting!

 

Reason number three, I need to go! American Idol is on! I need to see who wins! YA~ :) So, please enjoy!

 

For this image, it was before sunrise, and before I had lighter filters, so I would guess this was just the soft grad filter made by Cokin. Don't think any others were used.
