Ok, so tonight I went out and captured the sunset. Same story, same back yard, just a different day. I know, I am blessed to live in such a beautiful place, but it sure is no La Jolla! :) But I get to be stuck at home during most of the week these days. Woe is me.

 

So, tonight I got a lesson in Light room. Nice program, very powerful and a LOT of gizmos and gadgets to learn! Any one who knows me, knows that I am not big on post processing! And tonight I have learned one of the reasons why! I spent time on this getting it exactly the way I want it, and now, it looks different on Flickr then it did on my Light room screen. UGH! I will have to figure this out and soon, because from where I was standing a few minutes ago, this image was THAT much better, with great details on the bottom! :) Next time, I will figure this out. Any way, I hope you enjoy the view from my back yard!

 

And for this image, I used the Tiffen ND 0.9 filter with the Cokin soft grad, a new combo that I am really beginning to love for sunsets!
