Leadership Orchestra Workshop During JMV 2025 (May 20th, 2025) - Vienna, Austria
We participated in the wonderful Leadership Orchestra Workshop as part of our first full day at the Joint Vienna Meeting 2025 - Vienna University of Economics and Business / WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) - Tuesday May 20th, 2025. The program was led by Lorenz Huber, who founded the Leadership Orchestra in 2001. From the conference site: "In this leadership training session, you will be part of an orchestra, conduct and play music together with professional musicians. This is to understand the interaction of an effective team of experts and their needs in terms of agile leadership. Lorenz Huber is a senior lecturer and researcher in Vienna. He founded the Leadership Orchestra in 2001 as a pioneer of the conducting training method. He is inspired by Balanced Leadership, which stimulates the team’s active interplay without overcontrol or undercontrol.
