Bird Walk at Big Morongo Canyon Preserve (Morongo Valley, California) - July 31st, 2024
In Palm Springs for the 2024 Barbie Convention. I spent the morning at the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve where they had a guided bird walk. There were around ten of us participating and it was fantastic. From their site: "The Preserve entrance is one block south of State Highway 62 in Morongo Valley, a community located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. The Preserve boundaries extend from Morongo Valley to the bottom of Big Morongo Canyon in the west end of the Coachella Valley, northwest of Desert Hot Springs."
