Watching the Northern Lights on the Jewel of the Seas 14 Night Cruise to Greenland - September 19th, 2023
On my photographic wish list were some pictures of the Northern Lights. I have never seen them until this trip. It was difficult to get the hang of photographing them. I took a ton of photos and threw most out. Ran these through Lightroom to punch the color out. These were taken on the evening of September 19th, 2023, the night before we arrived at Nuuk, Greenland. Ran up to the deck and called Pam to join me. This was spectacular and I hope to see them again. On board the Royal Caribbean Jewel of the Seas for a grand 14 day cruise to Greenland (September 14th through 28th, 2023). The cruise embarks from Cape Liberty (Bayonne, NJ) with an actual stop in Manhattan (a delay leaving NYC caused by Hurricane Lee); Nuuk, Qaqortoq & Nanortalik in Greenland; St.John's, Newfoundland before heading back to New York City. It was a grand adventure!
