Golden-Mantled Ground Squirrel During Our Hike on the Lumpy Ridge and Black Canyon Trails - Rocky Mountain National Park (Colorado) - June 6th, 2023
With the thunderstorms holding off, we decided to spend the late afternoon on the Lumpy Ridge and Black Canyon Trails at Rocky Mountain National Park. What a great hike. My legs and my back prevented us from going further. Here is Golden-Mantled Ground Squirrel mamma waiting to see if we had treats (we didn't) on the trails as we passed along the way.
