315/365/3602 (April 22, 2018) - Coyote Pup at Maybury State Park (Northville, Michigan) - April 2018
So excited to see coyote pups at Maybury State Park on Sunday April 22nd. I first thought they were fox kits - but the people at the park helped me out with the identification. We were told that five pups were out of their nest between markers 5 and 6 on the paved bike path. I was told by another visitor that there were kits on the path. Me and another visitor went looking - but we did not find them on Friday. Independently, we both returned on Sunday and we saw them. I only saw three of them - the other visitor saw all five. They were living in a drain pipe under the trail. I was in Livonia with Pam for the GAW Convention (its Barbie). I visited Maybury State Park in Northville, Michigan three times: Thursday April 19th, Friday April 20th and Sunday April 22nd - all beautiful Spring days in Michigan.
