Fiddlers ReStrung at Howell Carnegie District Library (Howell, Michigan)
This event was part of the Howell History Days on Saturday May 16, 2009. The event was supposed to be outdoors, but the heavy downpours overnight brought the event inside (depite the sunshine coming in through the window). People milled about while the Fiddlers ReStrung made a great noise in the library - something that they probably have wanted to do for a while. People were seated throughout the library, not always in sight of the group. While it was not part of the Summer Reading Program tour this year, I think we can call it a sucessful send off!
