255/365/3177 (February 21, 2017) - Red-Tailed Hawk at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (February 21, 2017)
A Red-Tailed Hawk along the fence behind the President's House on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. There were squirrels all about - including one that pretty much got within two yards of the hawk. Given that I was very sad about Flappy, I am glad I did not see the hawk get a squirrel meal. He certainly did not mind me getting close to him.
