Teaching Abroad

I am an Elementary Education major and have a passion for helping people in need. While in South Africa, I had the opportunity to teach English to 3rd graders twice a week at Pendla Primary School. I never realized how much I'd learn by teaching, but my Pendla students taught me a lot of things; not only about life and love, but how to see the world in a whole new light. Their laughter, smiles, and hugs will forever hold a special place in my heart.
