Fried chicken, ham & potato hash with poached eggs, mustard cream & griddled toast
I really like this one. Simple but also different than what you usually see for breakfast/brunch. The potatoes were nice and moist and the fried chicken was also really good, despite it not being of the deep fried variety. I also enjoyed thinking that a piece of potato was on my fork, only to find out that it was chicken. Nice surprise.
Curious to check Roost out for dinner and I enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere in there. For what it's worth, there was no wait and a lot of open tables, too.
