Balloon Museum
Old Billingsgate Market, City of London. These caught my eye from the other side of the river so trekked across to see what it was all about. It seems there is an interactive balloon experience going on inside. Despite the queueing system set up with a time clock showing entry every 15 minutes there was absolutely nobody lining up to get in. I checked later and it is £32 for adults and £15 for children. That seems rather extortionate so not surprised that it's not proving popular.
