This weekend we had fun mixing up new cocktails with this awesome new kitchen toy - the Porthole Infuser from Crucial Details. Made famous by the Aviary in Chicago, it infuses your cocktails with whatever assortment of teas, herbs, and fruits you place inside. As it slowly soaks up the flavors and colors your drink will transform between the first pour and the last. It also happens to be stunning to see. This was our take on lemonade.
