Eric Fleming was most helpful. I didn't know what type of car I wanted, but I knew I wanted a Cadillac as that is what I have had in the past. We drove three different models and decided on the SRX. He was very patient and knowledgeable about Cadillac. We've had a great experience working with Eric Fleming! Greg Woods urged us to come out in which he would put together a deal that worked great for us. He described everything from financing and leasing. I thought that time was very well spent, actually the best buying experience I have had before. First time buying from Crossroads, all because Greg made everything so easy for us and got the payment exactly where we wanted it.
