Victoria before Waterfall
This is my first use of an Orton effect on a portrait. This is my daughter during a not-too-distant "daddy daughter date" to the Houston Symphony, and this was taken before the waterfall fountains by Jones Hall.
I am trying to be subtle here. This was done with the Gimp with a 10 pixel gausian blur, 80% opacity, and a multiply blur. I ended this edit with some minor color-tweaking on the bottom end of the color levels after flattening the finished Orton.
