Some light painting with the MagLite®, again :-)

I recently swapped my D80 for a D200 with another guy. He desperately needed the auto presets the D80 offers, while I wanted some neat features of the D200, plus this more robust built of the D200 which better fits my hands , my personality and my heavy rugged Manfrotto 190B tripod. With the MD-D200 batterygrip and my heavy Tokina 12-24mm lens attached, this baby weights more than three kilograms, and I just love that :-)

Post-processing notes: Old-fashion HDR tonemapping on 6 exposures. Camera Landscape calibrating and one of my favorite Lightroom landscape presets has been used on top of the HDR tonemapped result. Photoshop for final tweaks.

Location: At the Oldambtmeer, just outside of Winschoten looking towards the Blauwe Stad, in the peaceful landscape of the East-Groninger area 'Oldambt.' of the Netherlands.
