Prepping the pizza
Zucchini and eggplant, pre-sautéed. I'm using a floured edgeless baking sheet to load the pizza onto the stone, but a real pizza peel will stick less. Also, don't use a rolling pin--I cast it aside for a reason. Full recipe here.
