MAGIC MOUNTAIN!
we walked about half a mile up there from the hotel around 9 a.m. while everyone else ate breakfast late and managed to get in about 5-6 rides before the day was over! (Viper, a lame water ride, Tatsu (my favorite! you're basically strapped in so that your stomach is parallel to the ground and you can pretend you're superman flying over the park. the unexpected loop took me by such surprise as I flew downward headfirst that i stopped screaming), X, Goliath. the roller coaster here was X, which is pictured later.
we ate lunch after this with Andy and some of the other track kids who wandered by the food area we were at(free chicken strips courtesy of the lunch coupon andy got us) and then went on Goliath. everyone but me and geraldine, who wanted to play carnival games, went on the riddler's revenge( a stand-up roller coaster), and me and geraldine ended up getting a picture with Flash!
