Chinesischer Turm Christmas market, Munich

In the planning stages of my trip, I hadn't planned to visit the Chinesischer Turm as a Christmas market. It just so happened that on a trip through the Englischer Garten, during the day, I saw the closed-down stalls of the last night's Christmas market. I'm glad I came back: the market felt intimate, warm and inviting and the oompah band in the Chinesischer Turm itself was a welcome addition.
