well im still stuck inside looking after a poorly girl... so im browsing the internet for inspiration. I have seen this done a few times and have tried it a couple of times too..none good enough to post on here !!
But I think im happy with todays attempt.. not 100% though.. but its ok.
The trick is to get the camera pointing right at the mirror at the time you let go of it.. and hope the 2sec timer catches it just right.. the hard part is catching it before it lands :)
