END OF DAY
Except for cropping out the telephone lines, this is SOOC.
Just a week ago Shane and I were on the Renvyle Peninsular, watching the sun go down and me thinking what a brilliant end to a brilliant birthday.
Now, we are experiencing extreme snow and ice conditions and Winter has arrived with a big bang!
My Container of furniture arrived at the house today. Well, it arrived and then it went away.
The guys skated up our drive (whilst not very steep compared to my Aussie drive) must be the steepest one in Castlerock.
Not had much experience of frozen driveways and of course bucket loads of hot water only turned instantly into thicker ice!!
Whoops!
So the chaps skated back down the drive and took my girlie goodies away until Friday when the driveway will be salted to within an inch of its life!!!
Wahhhhhhh, I want my girlie goodies!!!
