I eye this sign every Thursday. It has quite the interesting history as I finally inquired about it today. Nope, they don't sell bread. Penny, goes by the initials "PJ". It was given as a gift, originally acquired from an antique store in Georgia. So this sign has been around, literally. This past winter I noticed the sign was missing. It re-appeared again this spring with new posts. I was informed the neighbor girl hit a slick spot in the road and wiped it out. Good thing the sign wasn't a complete loss!
