Again, from Nigella Lawson's Forever Summer. Page 79.

 

A wonderfully easy marinade and/or sauce. Though, for obvious food safety reasons, you'll want to keep your "raw fish has been soaking in this" batch separate from the "let's pour this over the cooked food" one.

 

For 500 gm of salmon: (Lawson's recipe was for salmon kebabs)

 

80 mL pomegranate molasses

80 mL honey

1 table soy sauce

 

Now that I have pomegranate molasses (from Akram's in Kensington Market, whence came also the za'atar for previous recipe), I expect to be making this marinade often.
