Pizza de Résistance

I've said that if I could find a pizza place that had both pastrami and sun-dried tomatoes for toppings, I'd be in Heaven. It turns out I had access to Heaven all along, if I'd only asked. Pizza Time in Hartford, CT has pastrami in its sandwiches, but not listed as a topping. I asked if they could put it on a pizza and they said no problem.

 

Having found Heaven, I thought, why not go for Nirvana and have all my most favorite toppings? I ordered pastrami, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, pineapple, and jalapenos. Nirvana was achieved. It was a marvelous pizza.

 

I'm glad I abandoned my idea to create an EBOLA pizza when I couldn't find a topping starting with L.
