FORT BELVOIR NORTH AREA, Va. -- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Campus East, or NCE, celebrated its grand opening with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Sept. 26, 2011. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District led the design and construction of the $1.7 billion, 2.4 million square-foot facility. Preparing to cut the ribbon on the third largest federal building in the national capital area are: (L-R) U.S. Senator Mark Warner, D-VA; Director of National Intelligence James R.
