The process

Food science professor Olga Padilla-Zakour discusses the importance of processed food in the food system, during a special symposium in Morrison Hall on Oct. 28. The theme of the event was developing realistic solutions to harmonize food systems with human health, and featured Frank Hu, professor of nutrition and epidemiology at Harvard University, and Dondeena Bradley, vice president of global design and development in Nutrition Ventures for PepsiCo.
